My name is Nikki and I started this blog when I was 26. In my first year, I lost a good 50 lbs! In Sept, 2012 I turned 27 and became pregnant with my first baby. Progress will be slow going this year to keep the baby safe, but progress is success. This is my journey from 298lbs to 155lbs and healthy. I promote only healthy and positive weight loss!
